We're a family owned business which began approximately 30 years ago. Initially involved in road freight transport, it soon became obvious that a market demand existed for garden mulch and bark products.
This business grew as Bark King® developed its own client base leading to the development of its own bark and garden mulch manufacturing facilities creating distinctive new quality graded mulch that have in themselves become very much in demand.
Raw materials are sourced throughout Victoria and New South Wales (almost all by-products of other industries)
and through various manufacturing processes transform these raw materials into a variety of natural garden mulch materials of various grades and textures. Bark King® also run a receiving station for accepting and processing waste timber. Yesterday's timber waste is processed into tomorrow's garden mulch.
Bark King®'s initial client base expanded to cover all areas of Melbourne metro and surrounding areas, with continually growing customer base throughout Victorian regional centers. Latest indications are a growing demand for materials in Southern N.S.W. as distinctively styled trucks in Bark King®'s fleet attract attention further and further into new areas. |
